We do not accept returns except in the case where an item is under warranty and has stopped functioning properly. If you have an item that has stopped functioning properly, please send us at an email at: EthanP@TheAmpLab.net In this case, we will first try and repair it for you and get it back to you as quickly as possible. If we are unable to repair it, we will try to offer you a comparable amplifier in compensation. Otherwise, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the item.
