Amp works great. I did hear something rattling inside but it still works so I didn’t bother returning. Will be buying more from them in the future.

I usually don't write reviews but I felt I should if anyone was on the fence about ordering a used/refurb unit. My amp was shipped promptly with tracking info emailed and arrived in the Sundown box (not discreet but didnt bother me). Upon opening the amp basically looked brand new! It was however missing a speaker terminal allen screw so I emailed them and Ethan took care of me immediately and made sure the correct part was sent out asap! Not only was this amp the best price I could find anywhere, the customer service at theamplab.net is top notch! Will definitely continue doing business with you!!

If the listing did not state “used/refurbished” I would have thought it was brand new. No scratches or dents or anything. I haven’t installed it yet, so I can’t comment on durability. So far I’m impressed, especially with shipping speed around the holidays. Thanks a lot
